LEARNING PATHS


Course 101: Level I: Seven Components of an Inquiry Call:

This course includes 4 modules, covering each component of the Inquiry Call. After completing this course, the user will be able to quickly and consistently assess the caller’s needs in a prescriptive, professional and compassionate manner.


Courses 201 203: Intensified Component Training: (Prerequisite Course 101)

In these courses the user can review specific components of the Inquiry Call. These short courses will reinforce a specific component of the Inquiry Call.


Course 301: Level II: Call Review: (Prerequisite Course 101)

In this course the user will listen to one or more recorded test cals. Based on the components learned in the 7 Components of the Inquiry Call course, the user must identify the deficiency in the calls.Course 101: Level I: Seven Components of an Inquiry Call:
