Kim Sharpe, CEO
Kim Sharpe is an "out-of-the box" thinker and pacesetter. Kim's leadership in Channel Management spans well over 15 years. After majoring in Communications at Chapman University, in Orange California, she began her marketing career at Alps Electric. During her time at Alps, Kim developed and directed the Channel Marketing Department including the North American field marketing team for Retail, Mail Order and the VAR Channel. She spent a short time at Peoplesoft (fulfilling her curiosity with B2B marketing). She quickly returned to her passion-Retail Channel Marketing. She brought her Retail Channel expertise to Adaptec where she managed Channel Marketing for the Consumer Channel (Retail and Mail Order). After only a short time she saw budgets squeezed and the demand for ROI skyrocket. It is during this time she became aware of the need for unbiased objective review of her field marketing and merchandising initiatives. -Channel Watch launched! Her vision for Channel Watch is a company delivers a truly unbiased assessment of merchandising initiatives offering investment assurance to product manufactures.



Jennifer Clauson, President
Jennifer Clauson has over 10 years of professional experience in strategic and channel marketing. After graduating from Goizueta Business School at Emory University, Jennifer worked for Chick-fil-A, Inc. where she managed marketing for all new store openings, both domestically and internationally. After Chick-fil-A, Jennifer moved to California and began working for The Learning Company, a consumer software company, where she ultimately became Director of Channel Marketing. Jennifer was responsible for managing all retail channel marketing activities, including all merchandising, trade and event marketing, and retail promotional activity. Most recently, Jennifer worked at Adaptec where she was responsible for all program marketing for their consumer division. Her responsibilities included the development and management of strategic partnerships and brand building campaigns.

Jennifer holds a BA in Economics from Tufts University in Medford, MA and earned her MBA at Emory University in Atlanta.
