 For over 14 years, Channel Watch has provided comprehensive and effective Call Center Test Call programs for Behavioral Health Departments & Hospitals as well as Addiction Treatment Centers. 

Our experience has taught us to measure call center activity in ways unique to behavioral health.  All of our programs are designed to provide objective, impartial feedback needed to measure the quality of each phone interaction conducted  by your Behavioral Health Admissions or Intake staff.
